-> guessing this is Agnes Davenport his grandniece.

says both David and Betty killed in a car/train wreck in Lime City, OH Apr 1 1931 along with daughter Bessie? Death certs show he had remarried to Sarah Catherine Todd, who was killed with him at a train crossing. There is no matching death cert for a daughter.
