He married Nancy PENDLETON(d/o Silas PENDLETON and Nancy ROBERTSON) on 17 Apr 1859 in Hardin Co., KY. They appear in the 1860 Metcalfe Co. census; 1870 Hardin Co. census; 1880 Williamson Co., IL. census. He had apparently died by 1900 when his widow is found in Cass Co., IL. Their children were: William S. (b. 1860); Lucetta (b. 1863); Franklin Fillmore (b. 1866); Dolly Anne (b. 1870) and Alvin Thomas (b. 1873)."
