note from Greg Bender: "Rutherfords wife Maggie was crazy,died in the Anna Mental facility in 1961. She worked at a clothing factory and more than once the police caught her walking down the street with an upraised hand with a pair of scissors in them and talking to herself. The last time they took her away when they stopped to warn her and she tried to use those on the police mom said it was in front of the clothing factory.I don't know when they put her away but mom always said she had a real hard life and she had been like that for a while. "
