Narrative

maiden name from here - http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~cbjbar/descendancy.html "Ancestry and Family History of John H. Camp". Seems unlikely if brother Issac also married "Sarah Chamberlain".

others have "Sara Westfall" 1744-1802. There is a Sarah Westfall d/o Johannes Westfall and Sarah Vernooy b. after 1755 in Hardy Co, WV. Sons of Johannes, John and Abraham Westfall, were also born in Hampshire Co, W(VA) and came with the Deckers to Vincennes, Indiana. "Roster of Soldiers and Patriots of the American Revolution Buried in Indiana, 1938". Johannes also had a sister Sarah b.1718 and there were many Westfall families that came to Hampshire Co, W(VA)

Numerous trees are propagating the error that this is the Sarah Chamberlain b.1738 Dunstable NH/MA to Thomas Chamberlain and Sarah Blanchard. That person stayed in NH & VT and married John Turner.
