This is not the Isaiah Bartlett s/o Benjamin Bartlett of Windsor, Hartford, CT

"The next year his son, John Noble, Jr., came and made a settlement, and, before 1712, twelve families had settled here on sites purchased by the Milford Company from the Indians, the purchases having been ratified by the Colonial Legislature; but, strange to say, only two of the twelve, Samuel Prindle and Isaiah Bartlett, came from Milford town."

No record of Isaiah Bartlett's family exists but since he was the only Bartlett in New Milford and 2 Bartlett women married there, it is assumed they are his daughters.

I cannot find an original reference for this marriage. Newcomb may not be Hannah's maiden-name. This tree from 2000 by Kay S Diekemper says "4. OLIVER4 THAYER (SAMUEL3, FERDINANDO2, THOMAS1) was born Abt. 1707 in Easton, Bristol, MA, and died in New Milford, CT. He married MINDWELL BARTLETT September 12, 1738 in New Milford Twn, Litchfield County, CT, daughter of ISAIAH BARTLETT and HANNAH NEWCOMB. She was born Abt. 1715."

Annoying number of trees on Ancestry claim the parents of Mindwell and Thankful are Josiah Bartlett and Obedience Merritt who lived entirely in Marblehead, MA and mentioned only Mary & Elizabeth in his will. See comments here -
