The earliest record we have found for Robert White SR is a 1745 land grant "on Vine Swamp" in Craven Co. Later records for Robert White of Dobbs/Lenoir Co, NC show him as "Robert White Jr" up to 1771 and some of his deeds connect to Vine Swamp as well as he and son William (2nd NC Sec of State) were involved in the intestate estates of Clement & Bazil Pritchard/Prichard who were sons of the Jeremiah Pritchard that John & Agnes White sold the land to in 1764.
