Event Note
John Hoskins is on the "A list" of passengers of The Mary and John (140 passengers) which sailed from Plymouth, England on March, 1630. That means it is likely he was on that ship.[2] He may possibly have been on The Thunder which sailed in 1633. Both ships were of the Winthrop Fleet which brought 1500 Puritans to the Massachusetts Bay Colony, and which carried passengers that settled at Dorchester, MA. The Windsor Monument indicates that John likely arrived on the Mary and John. |
