Her brother-in-law did save an obit clipping for "Margaret C Myers, 85, of 215 S. Green...White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Downing Mortuary.." which identifies it as Wichita Eagle, 1972, and consistent with this Margaret Myers born 1888. He also saved a clipping of the funeral service and wrote "Feb 18 1972 Wichita Beacon" on it. In addition I know from letters received in the 1940's , they had moved to Wichita. The "C" stands for Conners.

I have a photograph of Fred Myers and Margaret Conners with 2 older children in 1924. They appear to be about 13 and 17. I believe Margaret was married before meeting Fred. These 2 children had left or were living with their dad by 1930.
