I stumbled upon your family tree and it looks as if we have a common ancestor, Thomas Greene, the second colonial governor of Maryland. My father's sister, who was a Colonial Dame, did a rather extensive amount of research on the family but did not get beyond his arrival in Maryland. Thanks for the additional information!

Hi,George Tubbe is my grandfather but i never knew him. My father was Cramen Tubbe. I have always heard a family legend that one of my ancesters left his wife and ran off with a Cherokee woman but have never been able to find anything to back this story up. If you could see us you would know there is definately Indian blood in our lineage. My mother was Greek so it did not come from her. Have you ever heard this story? Thanks for your time.
