Amanda Miley who is said to have married William W. Phillips 9 July 1863 in Petersburg, Pike Co., IN. They are my ancestors down to Ethel Mae Phillips who married William Sanford Eoff as her 2nd husband. Do you have any documentation on The Miley's and Davisson/Davidson marriages? I knew your mother, Lee McRoberts, at Highland Park High school in Dallas, Texas. We were good friends and she was instrumental in introducing me to Jesus Christ. I have wondered about her for many years and just tonight my daughter told me how to reach her information. I'm sad to find out she died in 2005 but am happy for her life and for the gift she gave to me many years ago.

John Henry Davenport was my grandfather's brother. He is buried in the veterans cemetery in Nashville. Copas Davenport was my Grand Father. His son Charles was my dad. The family came from Red Boiling Springs, TN, Stanton was my Great grand father. Somehow our last name got changed to DAVANPORT. You can contact me for more info. Isaiah Pitts and Susanna Myers were my great grandparents..Dorcas May Pitts their daughter was my maternal grandmother. They are all buried near or in Dauphin Manitoba. I would love to learn more about Isaiahs father James Pitts, who was supposed to be from Ireland. He seems to be a dead end although there are lots of Pitts in the Stormont area of Ontario.
I enjoyed surfing your site. I do have a book compiled by a cousin Raymond Clyde, and there is picture of Susanna in the book, as well as scanned pages from Isaiah's mother's family bible.
