Ref; December 11, 1625, his father in Law , William Holbrook, made his Will, naming "Clement Weaver ye elder, Thomas Tyly, and sonne Thomas Holbook"
As overseers. Bequests was one piece of land "att yc moore geate" to "my three grandchildren, Clement Weaver the younger, Edmund Tyly and Thomas Holbook ye younger"
