We have 3 census records for Henrietta in Grayson, County Tx 1900, 1910 & 1920.

1900 census she is living with a family named Olgesby in Sherman.
1910 census she is in a nursing school in Grayson County.
1920 she is living with Grover, Paul and Dorothy.
Daddy said she died in Terrell hospital when he was 19 months old. That would have been in late 1920 or early 1921. The family info is that she was murdered by another inmate at the hospital. Daddy said she was sent there because she had pellagra.
Definition of disease:
Pellagra, the classic niacin deficiency disease, is characterized by bilateral dermatitis in sun exposed areas, glossitis, diarrhea, and dementia. Often associated with a largely cereal diet such as maize or sorghum, the disease is now rarely seen in industrialized countries but still appears in India, China, and Africa. Pellagra is often associated with other micronutrient deficiencies and may also develop in cases of disturbed tryptophan metabolism (carcinoid syndrome, Hartnup's).

I went to Terrell on August 29, 2007 and looked through all the Terrell Tribune newspapers they had on microfilm the last several months of 1920 and Jan & Feb of 1921. Not all papers are accounted for, however, I don't think it would have been reported there. She is buried in White Mound Cemetery in Grayson County, TX.
I also looked through the death records in Kaufman County (where Terrell hospital is located) from 1919 to 1923 and she is not listed. Kay Davenport, granddaughter.

White Mound Cemetery, where she is buried, is located in Grayson County, 2.2 miles west of Tom Bean and .8 miles north of FM 902.
