Married twice? Hannah Mabry may have been his first wife, but all the birthdates of his children are 1779 and later when he was married to Peggy. Peggy went with him to Haywood Co, NC and died there in 1836, so she must be the mother of his children.
In agreement apparently is the late Bo Smith, Parham genealogist, who wrote "A Few Descendants of William Parham..."
A William Parham married Margaret Spain in 1790 Sussex, but they are not these -
