Vol. 2. p. 621 - 26 Jan 1803, recorded 28 Jan 1803 - "Know all Men by these Presents that we Asa Bradford Simeon Bradford Hozy Bradford Ephrm Bradford Allen Smith & Deborah Smith Sintha Bradford & John McRoberts & Lucy McRoberts heirs to the thirds of Phebe Bradford after her Decease all of Springfield in the County of Windsor & State of Vt. for & in Consideration of Five hundred Dollars to us in hand paid to our full satisfaction before the Delivery hereof by Jona. A. Newell of Littleton in the County of Middlesix & Commonwealth of Massachusetts do sell & for ever quit all our right Title Airship Interest & Claim which we have now or shall have at the Decease of Pheby Bradford our aged Mother in & unto a certain Tract of Land lying in Springfield it being all the thirds of said Pheby Bradford set of for the sd. Pheby Bradfords thirds to all the Landed or Real Estate of Simeon Bradford late of Springfield Deceased it being Lot No. __ [note: lot number left blank in document]."

Vol. 2, p. 622 - 27 Jan 1803, recorded 28 Jan 1803 - "Know all Men by these Presents that Pheby Bradford of Springfield in the County of Windsor & State of Vermont for & in Consideration of three hundred & thirty three Dollars & thirty three Cents for me in hand paid before the Delivery here of by Jonathan A Newell of Littleton in the County of Middlesix & Commonwealth of Massachusetts the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge do give grant & forever quit Claim all my Right title use Interest & Claim to a certain Tract of Land lying & being in Springfield it being all the Land set off to me for my thirds of all the Real Estate of Simeon Bradford late of Springfield Deceased..... that I am the sole owner of the Premises During my natural Live & have good right to Convey the same."
