Narrative
Jack never lived far from his place of birth. He owned a farm about 1/2 mile north of Red Kile's store which was originally
part of the Earnie Cates allotment. His family lived there until the community was vacated around 1948 to become Sequoyah
State Park.
Eventually, Jack moved his family to Wagoner, Oklahoma about 12 miles from Ray, Oklahoma. He lived there the rest of his life.
Jack is buried in the I.O.O.F. Cemetary outside of Hulbert, Oklahoma near the old Hulbert Landing park area.
