Found in 7 references in LDS IGI OPR for Kirkinner, Wigtonshire, Scotland. Would have expected the marriage account to be most accurate but that is "Janat McMyne". Far more references to Milmine than McIlmine in OPR, so it could be that instead.

"25 Mar 1721 William McRobert son to Thomas McRobert in Ballaird Kirkinner and Jane McIlmine lawful daughter to John McIlmine in Boathouse of Bladnock in Wigtown intimate their desire of Marriage and after orderly Proc. was Married here on 25th March 1721 "
