There are two Susanna Leighs and both show the same date of birth. One Susanna married Samuel Trice and her father's name was William Leigh. The other married James F. Trice and I believe her father's name was John Bingham Leigh since her first born son was named Bingham. I doubt that the date of birth for the Susanna that married Samuel is correct.

Susanna Leigh (Mrs. James F. Trice)'s obituary appeared in the Clarksville, Tennessee Weekly Chronicle on 29 December 1865, page 2. (Per Ancestry.com - Message Board - Trice - Newspaper Death Notices - posted by Cindi 1 Nov 2002.

"The Trice's started Trice's Landing on the Cumberland River as a place to load their barrels of pork, beef, and hogsheads of tobacco to be shipped to England. A small, scenic park has been made at the location."

Jesse James Trice is not mentioned in James F Trice's will. It's possible he was the son of William Trice and Mary Watkins instead.
