Narrative

At the time of his death, Grandpa Davenport was living with his son Monte's family in Sun Valley, CA. After he passed away, his sons Monte & Larry buried is wooden leg in the vacant lot across the street. Many years later, Monte's wife Margaret, told Dave & Linda Tam that the leg was buried in their back yard at 10717 Stagg St.

Named O. Montraville, chose Oscar later when the Army demanded it.
