Some trees on ancestry.com suggest she was Elizabeth Taylor, d/o James and Nancy Taylor. I have a gap in ages in the family, so it's possible but I can't find any proof. George Washington Hinshaw ( eldest child ) born in 1822 would suggest Elizabeth could not have been his mother ( only 12 years old ?! ). In 1880, her children say she born in:
