"Elizabeth Williams was married to Jehu Beason. Jehu Beason was reportedly born in Guilford County, North Carolina, in 1777. Elizabeth (Williams) Beason was one of the eleven founding members of the early Primitive Baptist Church on Larkin’s Fork, in Jackson County, Alabama, in 1822. Members of that church later included a Jehu Beason and a Henry Beason, who Richard Brown identifies as sons of Jehu Beason and Elizabeth Williams. Descendants of Jehu Beason and Elizabeth Williams later migrated to both Oregon County, Missouri, and Hot Spring County, Arkansas..."
