        Beth Reaser
        Beth E. Reaser, 63, of Topeka, passed away, Thursday, May 12 at her home due to complications of cancer.

        She was born August 20, 1941 in Topeka, the daughter of Walt and Lavon Roudybush.

        She graduated from Highland Park High School. After high school, she was a housewife and mother of two sons. When her children began school, she went to work in 1974 for Fleming Foods in Topeka. She continued to work for Fleming Foods until the plant's closing in 1994. She was an avid cook and enjoyed family gatherings.

        She married Noel Dean Grittman on August 22, 1959 in Topeka. They were divorced. She later married Floyd "Rock" Reaser on December 6, 1975. He preceded her in death on December 22, 1985.

        Survivors include two sons; Andy Grittman of Topeka and Ken Grittman and his wife Debby of Tecumseh; four grandchildren, Jamie and Mason Grittman of Topeka, and Jeff and Shelby Grittman of Tecumseh.

        Mrs. Reaser will lie in state after 2:00 pm Monday May 16 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel where the family will greet friends from 7:00 to 8:00 pm that evening. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, May 17 at the funeral home with burial to follow in Penwell-Gabel's Memorial Park Cemetery.
