Samuel Coley was one of the forty-four Founders of Milford, Connecticut.[4]
Free planter of Milford in 1646; On October 25, 1640, he received homelot #41 (2 acres, 1 rod, 20 poles) in the first division, which is on West River St. near Maple St.
