Elizabeth d/o James Green and Charity Hagan did not marry Wm Thompson, as thought by her father's will and admin acct.

To dau. Mary Bowlin and hrs., 200 A. of "Strife," where Daniel Clark now lives, rent of sd. land to wife during her widowhood.
To son James and hrs., 300 A. of "Strife;" and personalty.
To son William and hrs., residue of "Strife."
To son Roger and hrs., 1/2 of "Air" and "Cowpen."
To dau. Elizabeth Thompson and hrs., other half of "Air," provided wife receive yearly rent of both parts during her widowhood.
To wife Charity, extx., daus. Ann, Eleanor, Charity, Jane, Sarah and Margaret, residue of personal estate divided equally.

Distribution to: widow (unnamed, 1/3). Residue to (3 orphans) Joan, Sarah, Margarett.
Executrix: Mrs. Charity Green.

But she did marry Wm's bro. Thomas Thompson d. 1755? Perhaps Wm m. another Green dau. But the error possibly lies with the transcriber who got it wrong, transposing Wm for Thomas..

This Indenture made the first day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and fifty Eight Between Jno Thompson Son & heir to Thomas Tompson of Prince Georges County in the Province of Mary:d Planter of the one Part and James Green Senr of the County & Province afsd Planter of the other Part Witnesseth that the sd. Jno Tompson for and in Consideration of the sum of Ten thousand Pounds of Tobo to him in hand Paid or Secured to be Paid by the said James Green the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath Given Granted Bargained Sold Aliend Enfeoffed Confirmed and Made over & by these presents doth for Himself his heirs Give Granted Bargained Sold Alien Enfeoff Confirm and Make over unto the said James Green his Heirs and Assigns forever all that Part of a Tract of Land Called Providence that Lies on the south Side of Stoddarts New Road also Part of a Tract of Land Called Aix it Being Moiety of the said Tract Willed by James Green Deceased to his Daughter Elizabeth Tompson both the above Parcels of Land Lying in Prince Georges County with all and Singular the Improvements Conveniences and Advantatges thereon or thereto belonging or in any wise Apertaining to have and to hold the above Mentioned two Tracts of Land and Premises afsd with the appertenances unto the said James Green his heirs and Assigns and to no other use Intent and Purpose whatsoever and ye said Jno Tompson doth for him self his Heirs Exrs Adms Covenat Promise Grant and agree to and with the sd James Green his Heirs and assigns that the said Jno Tompson and his Heirs the two above Ment: Tracks afsd and Premises with the appertaenances freely and Clearly Acquited Exonerated and Discharged of and from all former and other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales Joyntures Dowers Statutes Recognizances Judgments Executions Extents Wills Intailes and of and from all other Incombrances Whatsoever the Rent from hence to become due to the Lord of the fee only Excepted unto the said James Green his Heirs and Assigns forever from and against the sd Jno Tompson his heirs and Assigns and from and against all other Persons whatsoever well and truly Warrant and forever Defend In Testamony Whereof the said Jno Tompson hath hereunto Set his hand and Seal the day & Year afsd Jno Tompson seal
