To wife Eliza. Boarman, tract purchased of Chas. Smoot, whereon I now live, and after her decease to son Richard Boarman.
To sons Joseph and Raphael Boarman, pt of "Colberts Hope"; also tract in Zachiah Swamp near the old bridge called Hazard, 70 A.
To dau. Henaritta Tomson, pt of tract. "Simpsons Supply," 150 A. provided she makes my son Joseph Boarman satisfaction for 50 A.
To wife Eliza. Boarman, Negroes Charles, Harry, Richard, Ann and Elizabeth.
To sons Joseph, Raphael and Richard, 7 Negroess Jane, Samuel, James, Lydda, Samuel, William and Judah.
If my wife should marry then my son Bennett Boarman and Richard Tomson should be guardians to my three sons. That my sons Joseph and Raphael at the age of 16 should live with Richard Tomson to learn his trade.
