To seven sons: Thomas Greene, Nicholas Greene, Ralph Greene, Dudley Greene, Peter Greene, William Greene, Melchezedeck Greene, tract, "Greene's Inheritance." If son Bennet gets no part of "Boarman's Mannour" then he is to get an equal part of "Greene's Inheritance."
To son Melchezedeck, Negro boy Jesse.
To wife Tiled Greene, Negro woman Jenney.
Rest of estate to 8 sons and their sister Mary.

Sep 11, 1747 from Thomas Green of CC, planter, to Joseph Green and William Green of CC, planters, for 5 shilllings sterling and for divers other good causes, a tract of land, being part of a tract of land called Greens Inheritance, lying in CC adjacent to a tract of land now belonging to Samuel Hanson Jr, being part of sd Greens Inheritance in CC, bounded by Cool Spring Branch, containing and laid out for about 134 acres. Signed - Thomas Green. Wit - Robt Hanson, Sam: Hanson. Tecle, the wife of the sd Thomas Green, released her dower.

I, Joseph Green of CC, bind myself to William Green of CC in the just sum of 100 £ sterling money of GB this Oct 3, 1748, to warrant that I will agree with sd Wm Green that a certain branch, commonly called the Old Woman's Branch, which leads through a certain tract of land called part of Grants [sic: Green's] Inheritance, containing 134 acres, is the true property of sd Joseph and Wm Green; the branch is to be an equal division between the sd tract of land, and William's part lies on the north side.
