9 Nov 1702; Indenture from Robert Green, Gent., in consideration of a marriage already had between Andrew Sympson, planter, and Elizabeth Green, d/o Robert Green; 100 acres adjoining land of Jno. Thompson on main run of Portobacco Creek lately in the possession of Andrew Sympson; ack. in open court by Mary, wife of Robert Green on 8 Jun 1703

According to Mary Louise Donnelly, she is Elizabeth Zacharia Green, the daughter of Robert Green and Mary Boarman.

According to M.L.H. Kelley "Hamilton Family of Charles County, " she is Elizabeth Shercliffe, daughter of William Shercliffe and Mildred Thompson (widow of Wheeler, then later widow of Thomas Green, who she married in 1709).
