"In our 1875 scrap book we find the following: "Married--At the residence of Rev. J. J. Wingar, Arkansas City, Kansas, Dec. 5th, 1875, Mr Alfred B Woolsey to Miss Maria L. Myers, both of Arkansas City. Mr. Woolsey is a brother of Mrs. Geo. O. Allen and Mrs. Eva Bron, and Mrs Woolsey is a sister of Mrs W. J. Gray, Mrs P.H. Franey and Miss Mary Myers all residents of Arkansas City. Mr. Woolsey owns a fine farm in Kay county, Okla, where he resides. He is still a Traveler subscriber."
