Narrative

No proof that Susan is d/o Jesse and Lydia. She should have been listed in Lydia's probate of 1878. I am however adding her to this family based on a descendant's DNA match to me and a girl of the right age in Jesse Trice's hh 1830 Census, Jackson Co, AL. Also she named a son Jesse and a daughter, Liddy. A younger brother, Jesse, named a daughter Susan too.

A descendant disputes the death date in 1895 but "Susan C Kirby" in 1860, 1870, and 1880 census of Johnson Co, AR, and her will was probated July 27, 1895.
