I have added Sylvia to Daniel and Harriet Smith's family based only upon the 1860 Census where she is living with Julia and Elmira in Lockwin, Brown Co, KS with the Spencer's. Census does say born in PA but they could have been in WI then.

Only 2 Sylvia's b.1853PA in KS in 1915. "Sylvia M Sipes" or "Sylvia E Wiley"
Sylvia Sarvis in La Crosse, Rush, Kansas 1880 b.1852PA f.NY m.NY (in 1910 Census, says correctly f.NY m.PA) and note, names a daughter Elmora! like her sister?

Found death certificate of S M Sarvis in Anderson Co, TX. Confirms born in PA May 19, 1852, but father "S A Sears"?
