The area of the farm they owned along Larkins Fork, AL as described today by Bill Cagle:
"Know the place well and it is still called the "old Willie Hall Place". Some old barn structures are still standing. I assume the old house was on the west side of Larkin Fork. This is where the old road crossed the creek. I own the property on the north side of Puncheon Cove. The next cove south is Bear Creek. Between Puncheon and Bear Creek on Larkin Fork, there is a small spring on the edge of Larkin Fork, called the Thomas Hill Spring. This is called out on old deed belonging to Wally Kirkpatrick in Huntsville Al. On down the road there is Hall's Chapel and there is a building that looks like a one room school house."
