I am the great granddaughter of Talmadge Davenport. Granddaughter of Clarence Davenport. Clarence passed when I was 16 but he was and still is one of my favorite people I've ever known. Talmadge passed when I was 7 so I don't really remember him much.

I connect through my grandmother Bam (Lyle) Heinlein. John Franklin & Hannah Record and Isaac Read & Abigail Leonard are GGGGGG-grandparents of mine. Or at least it looks that way. A few records would help. I am certain about Leonard Monroe and Hannah Amy Franklin as GGGG-grandparents.Thanks for sharing with the rest of us.Andy

I am researching my family (the Tomeys) who came to thiarea from North Carolina around the time period of February 1820. The where in a wagon train that went over the falls at Hindostan falls. One boy, (GE 5 or 6 yes of age survived. His name was George Washington Tomey. No info on the rest of the wagon train folks. So, not only am I looking for my family of the Tomeys, I am also trying to find the family names of those also traveling with the wagon train.
